We are thrilled to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Canada, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time

Your health is our priority. All orders are processed and dispatched from our Delta, BC warehouse within 48 hours (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Partners & Estimated Transit Times

To ensure your medical devices reach you safely, we select our shipping partners based on the value and nature of your order:

  • Standard Orders (Under $200 CAD): Shipped via Intelcom or Canada Post.

  • Premium & High-Value Orders (e.g., BiPAP Machines, $200+ CAD): Shipped securely via UPS to ensure premium handling and real-time tracking.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Within British Columbia: 3 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of Canada: 4 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your exact location.

Please note: Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
