Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At SonaCare, we stand behind the quality and clinical precision of our products. However, due to the strict health, safety, and hygiene standards associated with medical devices, our return policy is strictly structured to protect all our customers.

30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Items Only)

We gladly accept returns for unopened, unused products in their original, factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the manufacturer's seal must remain completely intact.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Strictly No Returns on Opened Medical Devices

In compliance with health and safety regulations (similar to Health Canada guidelines), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened medical equipment. This includes BiPAP machines, masks, tubing, and Finger Pulse Oximeters where the factory seal has been broken. Because these items come into direct contact with skin or the respiratory tract, we cannot resell them. This ensures that every SonaCare customer receives a brand-new, 100% hygienic device. We appreciate your understanding.

1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty (Defective Items)

Your peace of mind is fully protected. All SonaCare products come with a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturer defects. If your device malfunctions or is deemed defective within one year of purchase (excluding damage caused by misuse, water, or accidental drops), we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@sonacare.ca with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue (please attach photos or a video if claiming a defect).

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Send the item to our Canadian processing center: SonaCare Returns 333-5148 Ladner Trunk Rd Delta, BC, V4K 5B6 Canada

Please note: For non-defective returns (unopened items), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
